hey im interested if knowing if i were to change my 2.4 engine eclipse catalytic converter ....would a 2001 2.4 engine catalytic converter fit?

well it depends really because emmisions regulations went up in the middle 2000 around june (im not sure which month exactly) in the US, so depending if the car was made the months before june then the 2001 catalytic converter would not fit. However if it was made after june, it should. Check the VIN number on your car to see when exactly it was made. im not sure of a site that tells you the codes though. So just make sure you do the research before tearing it up =) Good luck.
