ummmm, i have a 2001 gt and the light hasnt come on yet. its at 64,000 miles. Thats kinda weird, but i bought the car with 54,000 miles about 4 months ago. could they have done the 60,000 miles tune-up before i purchased it?

please let me know.

Could have... but it never hurts to be sure. Get someone (whos qualified) to check at least your T-belt and make sure its been changed. You blow that thing and the car is toast.

Its 150 actually.
I def did not pay $150 for my car. But the v6 belt being that it is bigger may justify that I guess.

The light wont come on for it. it is just in the user manual to get that stuff maintenenced at 60k. the light will oonly come on when a sensor somewhere reads something wrong

Every Greddy timing belt i have seen was 150

I would suggest calling the place you bought it from and asking them. Chances are if it was a Mitusbishi dealership they will have records in their computer stating if it was done or not.

Either way I know I paid right around $100 for it. maybe I got some odd deal at the time lol

hi guys....so by the greddy belt, are we talking about the "greddy extreme timing belt"? sorry....i'm a noob to this stuff...
