Default 2004 GTS Lemon

When I hit the gas pedal all the way down my car starts making a grinding noise like a fan is hitting or something. If I stay at low rpms the car runs fine. I noticed that the car doesn't go over 65mph This wasnt the first time this happened. Not sure what is wrong kind of fed up with this car. 1000 more miles left on the bumper to bumper I'm afraid if I keep this car its going to cost me in the long run. This car would be good if the techs at the dealership wouldn't half a** fixing it. Any ideas whats wrong with this? Is there any kind of lemon law on a used car? I live in PA

screw that man, take it back in the dealer and keep on telling them to fix it. once you get it back, test drive it and take it stright back in. they will get fed up and actually fix it.

dont worry about what you can do about it, make other people do what you want. thats what i do it.

if you have a stock intake. Check the snorkle neck where it wedges between the bumper and hood and make sure it has the rivet clips that hold the snorkle in place. if those are missing that is your issue and it is very common to happen on these cars. i actually had this happen to me. I thought it was my clutch untill I found that and I was like yea ok but it was for sure the issue. What happens if the snokle moves up when you floor it because the motor tqs back. when it moves up it ends up suction itself on the hood and your motor gets like no air. when the rivets are in the snorkel stays put and the motor gets all its air and all it well

You are right it was the connections both of them poped off. I took it to the shop and they found this out. They are not charging me because i Have extended warranty so its covered but they are charging me for the rent a car. I explained to them that I almost got into an accident because of this because the car wouldn't even go over 60mph. Thanks
