... My cruise control wont work! its pissing me off. The light on the dash lights and delights when you push the cruise button for on and off. my cruise control fuse is not burned out. When I try and set it it doesnt do jack. Can anyone help? Or ask me more questions to get more info that you need to know the problem? Thats basically it tho, it just wont work. I dont know all the components of the cruise control. Thanks for all the help.

For some reason im having the same problem, it only works sometimes and when I try to accelerate with the button it goes a little bit and turns off.

make sure you have the vacum to the cruise control is good... if you have a leak it wont work properly

Mine does that occasionally too as well. I just push the button on and off a few times until it works..

It was my experience this weekend that there is a short or a weak ground in the electrical system somewhere. I notice that not only did the cruise not work but the brake lights were barely getting brighter when the brake pedal was pressed and the interior lights would dim or brighten. After noticing all of this i turned off the headlights all together and the cruise worked great. As soon as i turned the lights back on the cruise quit. Has anyone else experienced this in their 2001 Spyder or equivalent? Any suggestions would be great!!! Thanks.

Check the ground for the cruise control and stop lamp switch, you deff have a poor ground in that circuit. Make sure its clean and tight.
