Hey guys. I finally got everything fixed on my car minus the cruise control. I've replaced the module behind the deck, the actuator pump, the fuses and relay. I've also checked the vacuum hose running from the pump to the valve on the throttle body and both are fine. The green light comes on when I hit the button but it wont hold the speed. Thanks guys.
