Fog light bulb only last 1 week

light bulb only last 1 week gotta keep changing they are xeon light 100 watts.Ground wire? or the light bulb keep getting shock

Wear nitrix gloves when handling the bulbs. 'Oily' fingertips cause them to get a hot spot & burn out fast
