geting some extra horse power
#6
more $$ = more hache peeees.
Doing what every boy race w*nker does, 200$, bolt on and drive on. And probably blow your engine in 6months.
Pro install and dyno tune, you can start the meter at 800....
Add an hd clutch, 1300.
Add a port n polish, engineered extractors, 2 1/2"+ pipe all the way back, dont expect change from 3k.
Dont get hung up on hp. The only time it matters is if you dont have enough.
Want more hp? Buy a v8.

Seriously, there is no satisfaction in the race for more horsepower.
My Nissan was nicely bolted, but I'd never say finished. Before some illiterate Mexican t-boned me I had planned to stuff the Maxima V6 in it. Even still, I would have fully bolted the **** out of it and given it a dyno tune before I considered the engine performance done (I was still pondering supercharging the V6 LOL). Then it'd be onto suspension and the exterior.... it just never ends.

From what I recall don't bother putting a turbo on the v6. Very poor air flow results in cylinder 1 going boom quite often. You would need to improve the air flow pattern to benefit from a turbo. The 4 cyclinder on the other hand has been turbo-ed many times.
Buy a better car. I love the looks of the 3G ( I am often mocked for that) but it will never be a high performance vehicle without a lot of money and work.
