Default Governor
I don't have too much expirence with car electronic systems but how do I remove the Governor from my 03 Eclipse. Or should I take it to my friends uncle?

alright then, thank you. I heard my friend talking about it and I didn't want to damage my car by giving it stuff it couldn't use. So thank you.
