has anyone tried doing a conversion from the 1157 round plug bulbs to the 3157 spaded plug bulbs on the 3rd gen eclipse? if so what kind of socket did you use and from what vehicle... i bought some led bulbs for my 00 eclipse gt and they worked but weren't very bright so i swapped back to the old bulbs, i kept all of my 3157 led bulbs out of my old durango and wanted to put those in but all of the sockets I've found wont work... I'm sure this is a lost case and i should just get some led tail lights from eBay or something but i figured id check and see if anybody has done this before i go out n spend a couple hundred bucks...if anybody wants the led's that i bought i have 6 1157 type and 6 197 type led's (license plate light, rear side markers, third tail) pm me with a offer or for info or pictures...I'll place a ad in the for sale section too
