I drive a 3G 2000. Whats with the center console display? does it only show me the time? because if thats all it does then im gonna rip the bastage out and mod it w/ a slimline DVD drive or something. This dude has the right idea. Im going to do this project but take my time and make it look a bit more stock. Linkage

 

Damn dude THAT is HOT... Also if I'm not mistaken the center clock piece ALSO functions in conjuction with the radio. Showing CD tracks and whatnot. But if you're replacing the stocker then it doesn't matter now does it...

 

ya the factory radio displays there. if you get an aftermarket on it is useless. But it is known of the 3G guys to put widebands (if they are turbod) in there or SAFC behind it

 

I saw a gent w/ the 2.5" duel Wideband display. Thats some hot stuff right there. I might do that. I hate the steering wheel on this piece too. no nice chrome emblem or anything. sigh mabey some recomendations are in order.

 

EVO steering wheel swap in...no need for chrome it is ALOT smaller than the 3G wheel

 

I like that wheel and also that wideband behind it....is that stock?.....no it cant be.....I want one

 

hahah no the wideband and boost gauge are expensive aftermarket toys lol. the Wideband isnt going to do much for you unless you Turbo your car to be totally honest it isnt worth the money unless you are tuning a turbo. they are crazy expensive for such a small part

 

I Dunno about hte whole chrome tihng (Not a big fan myself). I can't swap my Sentra's wheel cuz of the airbag BS.

 

thats the beauty of the EVO wheel it has an airbag too. I dont like the idea of a chrome wheel either

 

Yeah but at the same time the 1G hasn't got air bags at all
