New Car Opinions?
Hey guys, this is my first post on ehre, but to get right down to the point, about a week ago me and my old car ( 2000 mazda protege ES ) met up with a tree, the car was totaled and now im in the market for a new car... i have about 5 grand to spend and am very interested in the eclipses, preferably a 99 or so bodystyle ( hate the 00+ body styles ) , ideally ide like a 99 GS 5 spd, do you think these cars would be in my price range for 5 grand? and anything i should know about them?

whoever drove those cars needs to learn how to drive becuse the stock time is a mid 16's well here it is. 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 9.0 16.6
they are slow stock but can be fast with a lot of tlc and a chunk of cash.

Depending on your area will affect your Eclipse prices. Just like stocks the more demand the higher the price. Get into an area where it's all tuner wannabe's and they'll all want Civics and Integra's so your Eclipse falls by the wayside and is cheap. Get into an area that knows what makes power and what they're doing with a car and an engine and you'll be paying more. Supply and demand
