Default Not again.....

Well guys, I created a post last week about my car running really rough and misfiring, post entitled "What Does This Mean???" Well, unfortunately, the problem is back:

Mechanic said he did a full tune-up, which in turn when given back to me cleared the 302 cylinder #2 misfire code, smoothed out the idle, and got rid of the misfiring and sputtering and such. Well, 3 days afterward it started up again, slowly at first, at like only an idle here and there, then gradually getting worse, now back to almost the way it was, but not bad enough to trigger the "service engine light" (yet...)

What do you guys think it is? Has this happened to anyone before? If anyone knows what direction to go in next PLEASE let me know, thanks in advance.

hey estraw, i actually had a feeling the problem could be "fuel" related, such as a filter or fuel injector. Because as I said, the problem was present, then went away completely when the tune-up was done (ie: plugs, wires, etc..), now its back again after a week, same code, so something is fouling up the plugs I would imagine, to cause that misfire right?

Already did that WPSpyderGT01, as I stated above and in the other post, I have had a complete tune-up done on the car, wires, plugs, air filter, etc....... and it was all done a week ago, doubt its in need of "another" tune-up but thanks anyway
