Default O2 sensors - OEM or aftermarket?

Hey guys, I'm just about to get an O2 sensor replaced on my '03 RS. Since aftermarket O2 sensors are about half the price of OEM, is this something you would recommend getting? Will installing aftermarket O2 sensors affect the car's performance? Please advise.

Would it make sense to replace both at the same time, even if only 1 needs replacement? I have 101k miles in. My thinking is that the other one should conk out sometime soon, so might as well replace it now so I won't have to worry about it. What do you think?
