Questions about my 2000 Eclipse

Hi everyone, I just bought my first car (2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS w/ spoiler and premium sound). I am loving this car so far, but I have some questions about some mods that I want to do. I live in FL and I am planning to get smoked reverse lights and smoked turning lights for my car, are they legal? specially the turning lights. Also I noticed that my car's alarm is not working properly, the lights blink but the horn doesn't work (the driving horn works perfectly). Can you help me with this? I know that the Mitz from this year have some alarm issues, how can I solve this?

Thank you ^^

I attached pictures of my car and the lights that I want to buy.

In Florida it's not illegal for the smoked ortail lights. And your alarm you may want to check the connections and fuses under your steering wheel and see if you have a loose cable that runs to your battery. They usually hook up the alarm systems and run A ground wire to the battery.

I have the same issue with my 3G.. The alarm doesn't sound, but their is ticking under the hood.

Same with yours?

No, mine did not make any sound under the hood, just the lights blinking. I got it fixed changing the conector of the alarm (right next to the driver side headlight under the hood). I leave you a picture hope it will help. Check the circuit or the connectors, it may be the problem.

Okay, thank you for the picture. I'm pretty sure that is what it looks like on my car.

I'll check it today.
