Default SAFC for my 01 GT

I have an AEM Cold air Intake, Invidia CAT back, and i just orderd OBX headers,
Iread on another post that I should get a SAFC tuner, and i would add about 10 WHP
Is this true?
DoI need to get my car dinoed, or can is there some preset tune or something along those lines?
Thanks guys

Serge

good looking 3g...i can tell you what youll run on the dyno...i watched a 5 speed 3g v6 with intake, headers, and catback on the dyno at a meet a few years back...it ran 156fwhp...with the SAFC...your lookin at a little over 160whp.
