I have a broken shifter cable for a manual 2000 eclipse gs. I'm having a hell of a time finding one at a salvage yard or someone parting one out on craigslist. No parts stores I've been to carry them either. So my question is are there any other cars that use the same cables?

 

Well I managed to find a mitsubishi dealership and finally got a part number for the cables (MR357824). Through the dealership it would have been $120 so I just got the part number and did an online search and found them on mitsubishiparts.com for $108. Just thought I'd post this information in case someone else has the same problem.

 

I own a 2007 automatic eclipse gs that has a broken shift cable. I cannot find this part anywhere. I'm told its obsolete and good luck. Is there any way to get this part or another vehicle with the same cable we can research?
