Spyder ecm, column and immobilizer swap

Spyder ecm, column and immobilizer swap
I've got a 02 spyder and lost key. I also have a 01 spyder that needs a head gasket so I took the whole column with key, immobilizer and ecm and and put it in the 02, but won't start. Any ideas.
