vertical doors???????

Default vertical doors???????

how hard is it and how long does it take to put lambo "vertical" door kits on a 2002 mitsubishi eclipse, anybody know?

do a google search there are many write ups on the web i was loooking into it as well a autoloc kit is like $1000

its not easy. it will take you a good two days to do both doors. i helped a friend install his. i was there for 9 hours and he only got the passenger side door on.

and stay away from the ebay doors. they suck.

if they do not cost more than $1200 brand new, then don't get them. trust me

check out VDI's doors. we were using their hinges and they were very strong.

yeah...most of the ebay crap are very thin pieces of metal which are not strong enough to hold up your heavy *** doors. and yes, your doors are heavy.

Now this is for the future once you have to doors on. When I went to nopi and talked to some guys about their doors, all of them said even with the expensive doors they can start to loose strength. Now these are people that bring them to shows and have them open for many hours, numerous times. So just remember try to keep them only up for certain amounts of time because they will wear.

i found a kit for $1600 in a catalog it says it takes about 2 hrs per door

look at the install procedures if you do not do it all the time it will take more than 2Hrs includes some cutting of fenders relocation of hinge along with other stuff.

Yeah definately more than 2 hours. Maybe if you're a professional it'll take that long otherwise you're gonna be at it for a while. I'd definately recommend having the pro's do it for you unless you know alot about the bodywork. (I'm a mechanic not a bodyman myself)...
