thats sounds like a statement coming from someone who used to own a mustang
I used to own a '95Pontiac Grand Prix. The only true downside I see to my car is that it is not AWD.
and it has a 6G72. which is only going to make about 450 at best and never really get a chance for more( if the wallet permits it I am saying) the 4G64 is just a better motor to build a fast car off of

um... that's nice? lol i don't knw dick about Supras except for the fact that they hold 700whp on stock internals and can easily suport over 1200whp. the hp work out with the 2 cars bc i do know that the supra weigh's more than... well a lot! lol i was just suprised to see it do so poorly for having a t71.
the supra didnt do poorly at all. think about it they are both 10 sec cars that is more than impressive. the supra had what 80 more HP but weights about 500-600 more LBS not to mention the traction differences. I was expecting to see the supra start to pull by the end but it was pretty much even through out. looks like the launch won the race IMO.

Oh and supras can make 900HP on the stock bottom and a few have made over 1000 but only temperary lol. The highest Evo I have seen was 524 daily driven stock bottom and 66X somthing stock bottom for just a few dyn pulls then de tuned

Tearstone.com speaks of the 3G being capable of crossing well into the 800+ Horsepower Range? Care to elaborate on that?

To answer that question truthfully I haven't seen any due to the fact that I live out in the country, via all the people around me drive trucks lol. But with a bored block, compression pistons, performance springs and rods, it is very possible to achieve said range. It'll just cost well over 15k dollars to do if done myself.

yea sure he is speaking of a I4 with Evo head swap. they are already making 600+ HP now and the V6 is lucky to get close to 500.

I am friend with Russ (tearstone) go ask him what he thinks .... I have had this convo with him in person and his reply was "back when I bought my car I wish now I bougha RS" then he said "next time if I ever get a 4G it will bea 4 cyl"

Well It's not just the aftermarket parts that make these cars over 500+ horsepower it's the machining that's done to improve the capacities and I will never accept anybody saying there's no way.

you can make more than it but logically you wont... I have had both a GT and a GS I know both of them in and out.. the GS is just an easier car to make faster. and the stock motor is a hell of a lot stronger. the GT has weak pistons from the factory. please dont take it personal at all. I am not trying to kill dreams.
