hids
i need to buy hids for a 2008 eclipse base.
questions : are the hi and lo together (h13 hi/low bulbs)
do i need any harnesses to do away with codes or warnings?
this is where im buying them from i just need to know exactly wut i need to make them exactly stock operating as far as the computer goes. its for an xmas gift.
