Default Won't Start due to electrical problem!

Hey ppl,
I am anew user here on the forums and I have just acquired a 06 EclipseGS, which is in need of some repairs. This looks like a great busy site to find out things, help ppl,and possibly find parts

This car has some front end damage and I need some help with electronics system, There is no reason why this car should not run but it does not. Due to a accident some wires on the front pass. corner got sliced.
The accident caused a electrical problem causing no starting. I am getting fuel to the rails but oddly enough unlike most vehicles the fuel pump runs with the key in start and not in run position?

I am getting no spark on any cylinders. The wires that were cut are the crank signal sensor and have been repaired and also the pass. front air bag sensor wires were both cut, which I am wandering would be a new safety thing causing it not to start?

ECU could be fried, crank angle sensor could be fried. I would try those out first

What is the red unit under the fuse cover in the engine bay? It has a yellow sticker saying hot surface and Front ECU TypeC? I am wandering if this may have something to do with it.
The actual ECU is in a black housing next door to fuse panel though.
