my eclipse stereo has a slight error to it....after not having a code to it after awhile....the screen just says "off" anyone has any clues or suggestions on changin on the "off" to "code" on the screen...

ive tried unplugin the battery to see if the stereo would reset, but it still shows "off" on the screen. any help, i would appreciate.

Leave the key in the accessory position for 1 to 1 1/2 hours and it will change from off to code. If you input the incorrect code in 3 times it will change to off.
