radio problem from USA

Default radio problem from USA
hello
any1 have idea how to switch 2003 Lancer radio so i it will work well with european frequencies?
I cant find any station clear [:@]

can you get a euro spec radio from your dealer or an aftermarket radio? don't think it would be worth your time or effort to convert that one. unless you have friends in japan lol
