some get paid to do it. my cousin does. it is Her job to use PS for a bunch of different things. and they charge more than $10 im sure lol

Actually I am about to start school to become a graphic Designer....so it is a Career.



But honestly if he doesn't want to pay for it thats his deal. I am sure he will find someone to do it for free, it just most likely wont be that good.
