How do I overlay one image on top of another?
I'm using Photoshop CS3.
I want to take a small picture of my car and smoothly overlay on a background that is my motor.

Layers is your way to go, make the backgroun engine thing, make it cool, and then create a new layer on which your gonna put your car on, ONLY the car, delete everything out of that layer but the car, and that should mostly be it, if you need further or more detailed help, lemme know or ill step by step you on a messenger

you could also use masks to do that effect it's the same as making on layer then another with the foreground picture, and as a added effect you could do some masking and some touch up on it.
