I used Mothers for years and switched to Meguiars. I just finished (today) detailing my Z28, a lot of work because it is an older car.

Wash with Meguiars Ultimate Wash & Wax.... it contains carnuba.
Clay Bar...I used Mothers because it was cheaper and 2 people make clay.
Meguiars Ultimate Compound liquid.
Meguiars Ultimate Polish.
Meguiars Gold Class paste Wax........it contains Carnuba.

My New Outlander SEL is due up next then the Vette.

I also have been using Meguiars for years but looking to try Adams Polishes or Chemical brothers. A bit more expensive but the final results of their products are pretty amazing.

 

I'm using 3D speed all in one polish and wax.
