Default ***Help??***compression problem?

Hey, hopefully someone here can help!! I have replaced the heads on my 2001 Montero Limited. Problem is...when I set the timing I get no compression on the passenger side head? All the timing marks are lined up and I have solid compression on all three cylinders on the drivers side. I'm totally stumped! Please help

Pull the head off and check for bent valves. Sounds like there's an obvious problem.

Alternatively, do a leak down test with each cylinder on the drivers side at TDC, and see where those combustion gasses are escaping.

do you mean to say you have compression before you do the timing?
because that would be odd.

head torqued down properly?

you'd have to have bent a valve(s) on every cylinder for it to show no comp on all 3.
