Sorry if I dont get the correct words for the special car parts and tools because I'm german native speaker, but I will try it, because here in germany I could not get any help
I've got problems with my rear fog lights (is it called like this in english?) - it simply does not light up. I tested the relais (it clicks and if I tested with multimeter and an external powersupply it works perfectly), the fuse and the lamps itself - everythings seems to be in perfect order. But it doesnt work!

So I've been looking for a service manual or the like to find some schematics to get along the wires and harness to find some irregularities.

Maybe I can find some help here?
