'01 Galant Turn Signals/Hazards not working

Default '01 Galant Turn Signals/Hazards not working
I have an '01 Galant, and my turn signals/hazards are not working. No clicking, no nothing. I've changed all the fuses I can find associated with the signals, and nothing. My next step would be the relay, however, I can't seem to locate it. Can anyone help me out?
