My car periodically blows the fuse that controls the radio/door locks while the car is turned off! Example... I go to work in the morning and everything is working just fine, but when I leave for lunch the key fab won't unlock the door. I unlock the car manually and start it (which sets off the alarm) and the radio is out.

This started about 2 years ago. It happened about once a month during the spring and summer. I had it checked out a few times but it happened too intermittent for anyone to find a problem. Then it didn't happen for 6 months (fall and winter) so I thought maybe it had resolved itself. Once spring came and the weather warmed it started blowing the fuse again. We thought maybe the radio was to blame so we replaced it with an aftermarket radio. No dice. Same issue. Fuse blows sometimes twice a week, sometimes once a month. Once September came around it stopped blowing. No issues all winter. Now it's March 17 and we just got our first day of 70 degree weather...fuse is blown!

I've taken it in 5 times. No one can find the problem. Any suggestions?
