What should i get, if i want to get the nice bright looking lights in the headlights, and requires no extra installation and not expensive.

what are you looking for a new headlight assembly (HID's, ect) or are you just looking for some good bulbs?

Sounds like he just wants bulbs. Try the Sylvania Silverstar's or Cool Blue's. I have cool blue and my wife has Silverstar's, not much difference between the two and the Cool Blue bulbs are about half the cost. You could up the output of the bulb also, but that is annoying as hell when people do that, have 65W lows and 100W highs.
