07 Outlander Rear Diff Leaking

07 Outlander Rear Diff Leaking
2007 Mitsu Outlander LS, 4wd, V6. 70k miles.
The rear diff has a slight leak (appx 3 to 4 drips over the course of 8 to 10 hours in the garage).
It appears that the rear diff cover isnt so easy to remove... Help here plz.
Also, to keep the thing running top notch I want to bring all the services up to snuff over the next 2 or 3 oil changes. What should I do? i.e. plugs, coolant, etc.
