I have been reading that the Direct Ozone Reduction Sensor is only for specific states such as CA, NJ and others. I reside in PA where this isn't relevant. Is there a way to remove this sensor without damage to the vehicle and or having the check engine light on. Trying to get it to pass emissions and this is the only issue I am having. A new radiator is over $1500.00 through the dealership and am unable to locate one anywhere else. Can anyone help on this issue? Any suggestions?

 

I'm having the same issue with the check engine light on 07 XLS. Is there a way to bypass the sensor or a link to a radiator that will work with the sensor?
