Default 1999 challenger 2.5 td gls manual...no drive at wheels

there is no attempt for the wheels to rotate?

blown clutch pressure plate, shat throwout forks, stuck actuation cylinder.

Unless its auto, in which case i dont know or care.

Thank you those were my assumptions...

Others have been saying Nooo, broken shaft in transfer box.....lllaaaa.....and the like...

to my mind can only be clutch related unless input shaft is broken?

broken input shaft possible but unlikely and usually comes with grinding noise.
If its a cable clutch, the swage/ crimped ends have a tendency to fail at that age, which usually means pressure plate not far behind.
Fix kit comes with bearing, fibre plate and pressure plate,
