i have a 2000 galant and for some reason my radio dome lights and powers locks dont work, fuse looks good. i have read a lot of post about this issue but not any fixes for it. also the power locks work just fine when the car is running or the key is in the on position but car loses total power when the key is turned off

 

Look in the underhood fuse box, there is two fuses that are under a yellow cover, it may be one of them.

 

Did you ever find a way to fix this? Same thing happened to my 2000 Mitsubishi Galant.

 

In my case, the reply by MitsMaster solved the problem. In the under-hood fuse box, there are two 10A fuses. One of them was blown.

To get those fuses out, you need to first raise up the yellow rectangle then they will come out.

I have no idea why Mitsubishi put the yellow box around them. I guess they are very special fuses.
