the rain sensor in my 2012 Outlander Sport stopped working about a year ago, so the automatic wipers do not work and it is very annoying because in light rain, I either have to manually push the wiper stalk to wipe the rain every 10 seconds or have my wipers constantly going.

I cannot find a replacement sensor anywhere (In Canada or USA), and I asked multiple dealers to get it for me but they cannot find it.

There are 4 codes on the back of the sensor: /30S, 10U17089, 8634A052, and K8634-001A.

If there is no way of getting the sensor, can I somehow make the auto wiper function just be a regular intermittent function?

I appreciate any help!
