I am new at this and not sure how it works, but here it goes.
I own a 2016 Outlander 4DR 2WD SEL automatic and have been dealing with the engine shutting off at anytime, anywhere.
I receive no instrument notification other than an "ACC!" once and have taken it to the local Mitsubishi Dealership three times and still have the problem. They could not find anything wrong the first time, they blamed a air bubble in the coolant system the second time and could not find anything the third time. Each time I am charged for a computer hook up plus shop supplies and hazard waste. I am tired of pay for the visits with no answers of how to fix.
Has anyone within the forum had this problem? Would you share what has taken place to fix the issue. The car engine stopped running in the middle of an intersection which was during rush hour traffic, It took 10 minutes before the car would start again.
I plan to have it towed to the Dealership tomorrow because I can not trust the car to get me there without the engine shutting off. Which means I have to rent a car for who knows how long.
