k so ive been gettin on my car for a lil bit, and by smell fo teh clutch, its bound to go out soon. Can any "EXPERIENCED" personel give me some tips on what the clutch should feel like if it truly is goin out. The guy i bought it from said a new race clutch was installed, but failed to mention what kind of clutch it was.

Well, if a clutch is going then it will slip. If its not slipping then its not going... simple as that. The way you can tell is when you get on the gas and your rpms go up and the car dosent seem to be moving and then when you back off the gas the rpms go back down to roughly where they where before you wer on the gas. Also... when the car is stopped if you stick your face by one of the front wheels if you smell anything major then its the clutch. However everytime you start off from a stand still you are slipping the clutch a little... so there will always be some smell. The main way to tell is if its slipping in the way i listed above. Pedal pressure has little to nothing to do with it.
