Hello everyone. I'm new here and i was wondering if anyone can give me ideas or advise. My car have a new radiator (OEM) replacement and a new thermostat. The problem is, my temp gauge go beyond the half mark but it does not overheat. Looks like there's a delay on the fan turning on before the gauge turns to normal (half mark). i would like to get someones opinion 1st before i replace my rad fan switch or heat sending sensor. A feedback or sugestions would really help

First, go to EBAY or elsewhere and get a Mitsubishi service manual, or as soon as possible. I have used aftermarket thermostats and the OEM’s warm up faster and don’t go over 1/2 way. I had used an aftermarket thermostat (once) and put an OEM back in shortly afterward, there is a difference.
“Looks like there is a delay on the fan turning on..” I guess your higher than normal temperature led you to this statement, but there is no delay timing circuit for the fan.
The “thermo sensor” (that is what Mitsu calls it in their manual) closes and grounds out the coil of the radiator fan motor relay at 185° F and the fan comes on. At 172° the “thermo sensor” opens and the coil on the radiator fan motor relay de-energizes and the fan is also de-energized, ok, the fan turns off. This sensor is on the bottom of the radiator on the passenger side. You did re-hook this back up after you changed radiators, correcf?
Check that when the coolant gets to 185°, the fan turns on. This is the fan on the passenger side, the drivers side fan is for the AC condenser.
