Has anyone come across this problem? and fixed it? i have a 93 Galant. In the cool morning hours, the fan blower will not come on, so i cant get my defroster going, or heater. But when i come out of work-in the afternoon, the thing works fine. i have replaced the blower, and what i thought were the relays for it, to no avail. this started last winter, and continued through the summer. and it doesn't matter if it is in the garage overnight, or out in the driveway. i cant locate a manual for it, so i have been troubleshooting it in the dark. any, and all help is greatly appreciated.

check wiring up to the blower. although not sure why what time of the day would matter. also check fan switch.
