Does it control anything to do with the compressor kicking on and off......???
The resister in my car was blown.... but now the compressor doesn't cycle.... i check the freon and it seems to be over full!
But it says to check the freon level when the compressor kick on and off......... but the compressor isn't cycling

Any other suggestions?
