Hello, im luke and im new to this,

I have a 95 eclipse rs that i rebuilt the engine about a year ago and it will start but runs rough. every once in a while it will run great and as long as i dont turn it off it stays running perfect. BUT, if i shut it off it goes back to running like its missing on at least 2 cylinders. it has new crank and cam sensors and just about everything else i can think of that could cause this issue.

any help would be awesome thanks

 

also it dies out if i take any plug wire off so i cant pinpoint it to one cylinder.
