I have a 1995 galant es 2.4 L SOHC and I about 3 months ago my timing belt jammed up. I put a new one on and the car ran good for a while. Then it was acting up I took it to the dealership and they said that the camshaft pulley was off one tooth and the another pulley had a tooth messed up so they changed the pulley and reset the timing belt.

Now the car idles rough but once I start moving it's fine but will not move past 2nd gear. I changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires and it didn't change anything any suggestions. I have a new distributor, and a new water pump. The dealership said it could be the ECU. I know there is a Tranaxle Control Module for the the transmission, but would that cause the rough idle.
