99 ECLIPSE SYSTEM ERROR

RE: 99 ECLIPSE SYSTEM ERROR
either your gettin to much air or to much gas. Do you have aftermarket intake? Or any fuel mods. Another thing that causes that is your O2 sensors. You should have an upstream and a downstream. Check both of them out to see if they are defected. ( they are in your exhaust pipe.)

RE: 99 ECLIPSE SYSTEM ERROR
please shut off caps lock too lol.
as for therunning lean that means it is getting more air and not as much fuel. rich means to much fuel and not enough air I guess that is the easy way to describe it.
I still say do a full tune up on the car.

P0171- is a lean code from your first O2(bank 1)
Mostly caused by a intake or exhaust
P1390- is the G-Sensor Intermittent Low Voltage, I believe that has to do with your ABS
I think one of you wheel sensors, not sure which wheel
P1494- I belive is a emmissions code
This is a hard one just because I really don't know what exact emmission it is
You might have to bring it to a dealer or a mechanic to really check it out, theres only so much I can do online....but good luck.

You should have an upstream and a downstream. Check both of them out to see if they are defected. ( they are in your exhaust pipe.) And you can not clean O2 sensors. You have to get new ones. It's not hard to do that at all. Look at your exhuast. You'll see something sticking out of a hole. It'll have 2 wires on it... Thats your O2.

RE: 99 ECLIPSE SYSTEM ERROR
I think if it was an ABS sensor then his ABS light would come on right? Unless it is on and he didn't tell us that, haha
I just did a quick search online for the code and it came up as "wheel speed sensor -1"
