EVER SINCE I HAD MY REAR BRAKES REPLACED ON MY 2000 4X4 MONTERO SPORT MY ANTI LOCK LIGHT STAYS ON. ANY HELP ON THIS SITUATION WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Check the ABS sensors, their wiring, clearance from the toothed ring, cleanliness of the ring on each wheel. Whoever did your brakes must have damaged something.
Fix things up, reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery and see what happens then.
