i have a 2003 mitsubishi eclipse gts... and i want to buy lambo doors..does anyone know where to get them cheaper than like $500...thanks for the help

 

i have a friend that has a 98 gsx and he bought his off of ebay about a year ago and theyve been holding up good he paid like 250 or 300 for em

 

Do you understand what this is going to do to your car?

a) The door seals wont line up correctly unless they are installed by a professional
b) ANY cheap brackets you get will NOT hold up, I dont care what anyone says.
c) They look like ***, and everyone will make fun of them : )
d) DONT BUY **** OFF EBAY

You get what you pay for... thats the bottom line.

No lambo doors!!!!! And to add to what Sebbz is saying, when you raise the doors up and they are not aligned properly then they will scrape the paint off the edge of the fenders by the doors. E-BAY IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GET UPGRADES!

 

to each his own but if u still want to after all these fools hate on you, id suggest u get a good set and have them welded on. one thing i object to is that the 3g doors are pretty heavy so i dont know y ud want to. what type are u looking for manuel or automatic?

 

i had a civic at my work with lambo doors.they were out on all wrong....
paint off the door and the panels were f ucked. not a good idea to get em. but if its what u want have fun. idk were to get good ones that cheap

i agree with seb u cant get any good ones that cheap. i no a girl that tried that and she went through three sets until she finally found a good pair that are decent but she still cant close her pasenger door right

 

i put some on an eclipse in school. and all the good ones are expensive, the owner of that eclipse paid 1750 for his, and all the good ones, need to be welded and don't bolt on. another thing is, a pro should really install them unless you're really good with body work, and by body work i actually mean welding,lol if you can't weld for sh** those doors are gunna come down like they did on this kid i know after he bought some cheap ones

 

Like they have been saying. If your spending less than 1,500-1000 for a pair of hinges then they are junk and will ruin the car.
