So the sunroof on my 2006 Lancer SE sags deep when it's supposed to be closed. Other than that, the motor & rails function fine -- it can move freely in every direction. Even the tilt works, though because of the initial sag, when I get the tilt fully extended, it just barely breaks flush with the roof of the car.

After taking a look, I might have found one of the problems: a broken plastic lever-arm thing:
