I was recently messing with my car when I heard something click in the back of my A/C and I couldn't move the far left (Temperature) **** on my A/C control and after tinkering with it, I found out that it was ruined and I was going to purchase a new (to me) control unit but before I did I was wanting to make sure that I can just go to a junk yard and grab one, not that they have to be ordered from a dealer or something like that

My car is 2002 Lancer ES, any help will be much appreciated
