Engine model is 4G64. The clicking sound can only be heard inside the car. I did lift up the hood and heard no noise. It is only present when the air conditioning mode is at the lowest level. When you move the dial up to the second blue line the clicking stops. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

A new twist to my problem. The clicking noise is present when the tempature control is at one of the two lowest levels and it does not matter if the air is on or off . If you move the tempature dial past the two lowest setting the noise stops.

All controls work as they should with the exception of the low air setting when the clicking happens. If it is the blend door motor is this something that the average person can fix?

If so where is the motor located? Do you have to take the dash apart to fix? Any sugestions on fixing is appreciated.

Its different on all cars, sometimes you can get to itunder the dash and other times you gotta pull the dash to get to it. Kinda hard to say.
