Let me start by saying that I don't own an Outlander myself however I have a friend who does and has a question.

She has managed to pair her phone via Bluetooth, however, when the phone receives a call the ringing tone is not heard through the speakers, the only notification she gets is on the screen. Also, when she dials out, the ring tone can be heard on the phone but does not come through the speakers again until the other person answers.

She also mentioned that the sound only comes from the front passenger speaker and not the drivers side.

Is this normal operation?
